Men’s Therapy
Being a man doesn't mean you stop being human. We all experience difficult times, and some of us experience really difficult times. Yet many men grow up believing they should carry these experiences alone and that it means you’re weak if you don’t.
I don't think that's true.
Even one of literature's greatest heroes didn't live that way. Throughout The Odyssey, Odysseus’ greatest challenge wasn't defeating Cyclops. It was the journey of confronting his grief, uncertainty, loss, and finding his way back home. Those are battles many of us know well. Maybe that’s the part of the story we don’t spend enough time talking about.
Therapy isn't a sign of defeat or weakness.
If anything, it asks for a different kind of courage: facing your fears, grief, trauma, mistakes, and what it means to be human.

My Approach
I don’t think therapy is about fixing people.
My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It’s about providing you a space to accept who you are, find out how you got here, and be okay with it.
Decades ago, men were expected to "man up," keep their emotions to themselves, and push through whatever life threw at them.
It's 2026. We can retire that idea.
